<P>治腎臟中風，腳膝麻痺無力，腰背強直疼痛，言語不利，面色萎黑，肌體羸瘦，宜服 丸方。 </P>
<P> </P>白附子（三分炮裂） 防風（三分去蘆頭） 天麻（三分） 天雄（三分炮裂去) 獨活（三分） 骨脂（半兩細研) 肉蓯 上件藥，搗羅為末，煉蜜和搗三五百杵，丸如梧桐子大。
<P> </P>每服，以溫酒下三十丸。
