<P> </P>菘蘿（半兩） 人參蘆頭（半兩） 恆山（半兩） 川升麻（半兩） 竹葉（一兩片) 上件藥，細銼，以水二大盞。

<P> </P>去滓，分為二服。
<P> </P>平旦時服。
<P> </P>如人行五裡當吐。
<P> </P>未吐更一服。
<P> </P>良久得吐即瘥。
