<P> </P>青葙子 川大黃（銼碎微炒） 黃連（去鬚） 黃芩 川升麻 梔子仁（以上各一兩） 兔肝（三分微炙） 川朴硝（二兩） 苦參〔三分（一兩）銼〕 上件藥，搗羅為末。
<P> </P>煉蜜和丸，如梧桐子大。
